Ambisure Technologies - Technical Sales Coordinator (0-1 yrs)
Principal Duties :
- Reviews & vet incoming inquiries via call & emails.
- Understanding the requirement of the potential client.
- Reach out to clients and assist them to choose right product.
- Manage customer expectations of response time and issue resolution
- Provide technical responses to product questions reported via channel partner support, or at times direct from customers. Support is delivered by email, telephone and onsite visits.
- Positive attitude while on the phone and with coworkers
- Takes update/follow up on inquiries & orders for product via email, fax or phone.
- Monthly & Weekly report on Sales Coordination.
- Informs route salesperson of any changes to scheduled orders
- Troubleshoot and reproduce problems and define workarounds
- Work with the team on the complex issues
- Acts as initial contact for route salespersons
- Deliver software patches and upgrades to resolve issues
- Receives Customer Service calls
- Reply to customer letters, emails and website submissions
- Provide product feedback to reduce the number of issues experienced by the customer
- Prepare post-sales support material to increase the effectiveness of Tier 1 support
Candidate Profile :
- 6 months to 1 year of experience with academics in Bsc. In Computer Science, Information Technology or Bachelor in Electronic Engineering or equivalent Diploma
- Technical knowledge of : Networking and IT security, wireless and communications networking
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with working with a geographically dispersed customers.
- Competent in MS Office tools, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Presence of mind
