Ambisure Technologies - Executive - Inside Sales (0-1 yrs)
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Support pre-sales executives with explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries
- Follow the suggested script provided to all Inside Sales Representatives
- Capture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, for future follow-up
- Adjust your sales presentation based on success/fail averages
- Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
- Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers as per their requirement and queries
- Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas and report the same to Team leader
- Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers
- Assist other team members with transactions when necessary
