Ambisure Technologies - Analyst - Customer Service (0-1 yrs)
- Analyze, Monitor, govern and remediate the threats on the social media platforms.
- Receive in-coming calls.
- Makes outbound calls if needed.
- Understanding the requirement of the potential client.
- Reach out to clients and assist them to choose the right product.
- Manage customer expectations of response time and issue resolution
- Provide technical responses to product questions reported via channel partner support, or at times direct from customers. Support is delivered by email, telephone, and onsite visits.
- Takes update/follow up on orders for the product for routes (via email, fax or phone)
- Troubleshoot and reproduce problems and define workarounds
- Work with the team on the complex issues
- Acts as initial contact for route salespersons
- Deliver software patches and upgrades to resolve issues
- Receives Customer Service Calls
- Reply to customer letters, emails and website submissions
- Provide product feedback to reduce the number of issues experienced by the customer
- Implement Solutions.
- Prepare post-sales support material to increase the effectiveness of Tier 1 support
- Ready to work with flexible time hours.
