Ambika Global Foods & Beverages - Sales & Marketing Role - Purchase Segment (4-8 yrs)
Marketing :
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the e-commerce platform.
- Create engaging content for website, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads).
- Analyze marketing data and track campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure a user-friendly and visually appealing online store.
Sales :
- Manage online sales channels (e.g., website, marketplaces).
- Process and fulfill orders.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Participate in sales promotions and events.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage product listings.
Other :
- Stay up-to-date on e-commerce trends and best practices.
- Identify and implement new growth opportunities for the e-commerce platform.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., product, fulfilment, customer service) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce marketing and sales.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
