Amazon - Manager - Sales (5-10 yrs)
Responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets. Sales managers are primarily tasked with hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales.
Candidates must have an MBA degree in Sales and Marketing. Earlier, a diploma in sales would also work. However, with growing competition most of the MNC's recruit candidates with an MBA degree and candidates who have maths/commerce background.
