Amaryllis - Inside Sales Role (2-5 yrs)
An Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling products or services remotely, typically via phone, email, or online channels, rather than meeting clients face-to-face.
- They play a crucial role in generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
Lead Generation & Prospecting - Identifying potential customers through research and outreach.
Customer Engagement - Communicating with prospects via calls, emails, and online meetings.
Sales Presentations & Pitches - Explaining product benefits and addressing customer concerns.
Negotiation & Closing Deals - Handling objections and finalizing sales transactions.
CRM Management - Updating and maintaining customer data in a CRM system.
Collaboration - Working with marketing, customer support, and field sales teams.
Follow-ups & Customer Retention - Ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Sales and negotiation expertise
- CRM and data management knowledge (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated approach

Preferred Qualifications:
Education - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (not always required).
