AGM/Sr. Manager - Business Development
1. Responsible to establish Residential/commercial property development vertical and achieve business goals.
2. Develop strat-plan/ five year road map and action plan to achieve the same.
3. To play key role in developing strategy to build brand in Residential/commercial sector
4. Identify potential landowners for property development in AP/Telengana region . Responsible to prepare and sign off Development Agreements/contracts with the land owners.
5. Should be well versed with RERA act and other statutory requirements /legal norms in residential/commercial sector.
6. To play active CFT role in Design/ Development of futuristic Homes with innovation/creativity .
7. Building the Brand in the market
8. Develop Business vertical from scratch
9. Should have sound knowkedge in costing /budgeting of new projects and establish metrics.
10. Need good communication skills to interact with customers/land owners and Govt officials.
11. Should be able to develop and lead the team for sales/marketing .

Qualification :
B.Tech/BE-Civil with MBA
