Designation- Senior Tele Sales Executive

Location- Noida

Years of experience- 2-5 years

This position is responsible for lead generation and conversion into sales leading to revenue generation.

Responsibilities:

- Calling existing and potential customers to encourage and persuade them to buy the company's products and services

- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to assist customers to make an informed choice and detail the customer on the products and services

- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

- Using sales promotional material offered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.

- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

Skills :

- Good written and verbal communication skills in English

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi

- Flair for sales and good customer management skills

- High levels of passion and ownership

- Candidates with experience in the Insurance Industry and Credit Card sales will be preferred
