- This role demands a sound understanding of the digital and audio eco system and the ideal candidate should have the understanding of working in a digital start up environment with the following attributes :
- Experience in handling all category of clients and agencies across board and should have been in a client servicing and revenue role for a minimum of 7-8 years in the Digital Space with atleast 3 years in a pod cast and related audio sales environment.
- Should be hands on with content syndication and a prior experience of managing affiliate agency relationships will be an added advantage.
- Should make sure to generate revenue streams from new clientele and increase the expenditures of the existing onboard clients for the pod cast business.
- Should be able to work closely with Creative and Content team on pitches to convert potential clients. The ability to understand the brief and get the creative back end team to deliver as the client expectation would be a key area.
Other Requirements : A post graduate MBA with digital marketing expertise would be a role necessity.
A go getter and self-driven candidate with a start up mindset and past experience would be a better fitment.
