In addition, ARC serves as a Tail Spend Management (TSM) partner to several manufacturing units. The TSM activity comprises of sourcing, stocking, consolidation and just in time (JIT) supply of electronic and other technical components for/to our clients.

Job Title: Business Development (TSM) Senior Manager/associate

BD Sr Manager (TSM) @ARC is responsible for managing and performing the front-end of all TSM activities. The primary responsibility is to identify and create new business opportunity.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Identification and generation of sales leads i.e. new potential TSM partners

- Making customer visits for presenting sales pitches.

- Being pro-actively involved in the on-boarding formalities of new TSM partner.

- Working with the back-end sales team to manage customer queries and requests.

- Liasoning between the Management, TSM clients and sales and operations teams @ARC.

Ideal Candidate :

- Education: Technical Degree, i.e. Electronic/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, and/or BTech, MTech. This is not a must, but would be a plus.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in any of the below:

- Electronic/ Industrial/Mechanical/Automation/ other technical components related sales or business development experience.

- Electronic/ Industrial/Mechanical/Automation/ other technical components related sourcing/purchasing/procurement experience.
