General Manager Sales - Pre-Owned Cars
- Any Pre-owned personal vehicle Sourcing & Selling responsibility for the Dealerships.
- Sales related Promotional activity like Loan Mela, Canopy activity, Exchange Mela etc.
- Design and Develop innovative sales strategies to increase used car business in volume and profitability.
- Assist sales associates in the potential closing of deals.
- Training, Development and growth path of sales executives of the dealership.
- Complete trade appraisals for the dealership.
- Updating of daily sales & stock report.
- Maintaining Stock of Vehicles.
- Oversee the efforts of sales associates to enhance the dealership image, the customer experience and achieve 100% Customer - Satisfaction.
- Coordinating review of activities and reporting to MSIL.
- Management of visits of officers from MSIL for the review and forecasting.
- Forecast daily and monthly goals for the department and strive to meet them.
- Update Competitor's Information Database.
- Manage and maintain vehicle refurbishment and service.
- Complete customer follow-up as outlined by company standards.
- Assist in managing controllable expense elements for the Used Vehicle Department.
- Handling own brand promotion, cross selling and extensive sales data analysis for better strategy.
- Achieve all standards of BSC.
