Amar Cars - General Manager - Sales - Commercial Vehicle (8-15 yrs)
- Managing Team of Sales Executives and Sales Manager to ensure sales and penetration at the dealership as per the target.
- Cultivate new large accounts in the region.
- Competition Analysis-Analysis and studying competitors on timely basis.
- Generate new business leads and new areas for development through detailed research of the specific industry or market.
- Maintain and improve relationship with customers.
- Planning and developing short and long term goals. Interprets short and long term objectives in staff/team.
- Mentoring the entire team for better productivity and target achievement.

- Ensure sale of finance schemes to customers as per the target.
- Paying close attention to daily operations, recommending and creating improved courses of action where necessary.
- Performs sales promotion activities.

- Create understanding/awareness about the product in the team and market.
- Lead the team from the front in Strategic and Bulk Deals.
- Effectively communicating with the Sales Manager/ Branch Managers on a weekly basis to review departmental forecasts and ensure consistency with annual projections.
- Explaining the policies and procedures of the dealership to all employees.

Desired Candidate.
- Candidate having experience of minimum 8 years of selling commercial vehicles.
- Branch handling experience is must.
