Amantya Technologies - Manager/Senior Manager -Business Development (5-10 yrs)
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Development role within an IT Services company (Digital Services, Cloud, and AI).
- Strong understanding of IT services industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
- Achieve revenue targets by identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Lead the response strategy for proposals, including proposal development, review, feedback, competitive positioning, and pricing/commercial decisions.
- Create and present solution pitches, RFP/RFI responses, and sales presentations.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to sell IT solutions and services.
- Build compelling value propositions that align customer needs with Amantya Technologies' offerings.
- Conduct market research, identify new opportunities, and manage marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- B.Tech/B.E
- MBA (preferred).
