Position Overview:

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Management Trainee with an MBA in IT/Marketing to join our team in Gurgaon. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience, looking to develop their career in both IT and marketing management. The candidate will gain hands-on exposure to diverse projects and initiatives, supporting business development, marketing strategies, and technology integration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in executing marketing strategies that leverage IT tools and platforms to enhance customer engagement and business growth.

- Support digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing initiatives.

- Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to integrate technology-driven solutions into business operations.

- Analyze business and customer data to identify insights and opportunities for improvement in marketing effectiveness.

- Participate in managing product development processes, including market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting.

- Assist with the execution of marketing automation tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and data analytics platforms.

- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution of marketing and IT-related initiatives.

- Contribute to content creation and management for digital channels, including the company website, blogs, and social media platforms.

- Attend meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and present analysis on ongoing projects and campaigns.

- Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and IT.

Qualifications:

- MBA in IT & Marketing or a related field.

- 0 to 3 years of professional experience, ideally in marketing, business development, or technology roles.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, marketing automation, and IT systems integration.

- Basic knowledge of web analytics, social media marketing, SEO, and SEM tools.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Analytics, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a cross-functional team setting.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.

- Understanding of basic IT concepts, such as cloud services, software development, and enterprise systems.

- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and content creation tools.

- Knowledge of basic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
