Our core team comprises alumni from IIT, IIM, ISB, Wharton, St. Xavier- s, London Business School and other top schools across the world, with significant experience in developing and delivering emotional wellness products to individual users, corporates and insurance companies.
- As a content strategist, you will be planning, creating, editing and reviewing relevant content based on the company's business objectives and users' needs. You will work on creating carefully and strategically developed content aimed to inform, entertain, inspire and engage potential customers. Your responsibility will involve understanding user needs in depth, their behavior on various digital platforms and then strategizing content that not only represents our brand positioning, but also drives inbound traffic and encourages the user to take a profitable business action.

What you will be doing at Amaha :
- Perform exhaustive research to gain in-depth knowledge of all customer personas and understand the user journey & behavior for our product. (We do not just write content; we try to tell stories and provide insightful solutions to our users.)
- Performing extensive research and analysis on consumer thoughts and trends. (We write copy that goes beyond selling a product. We connect with users on an emotional level.)
- Strategizing to create an overall content plan aligned to the business goals to be executed on all user facing platforms.
- Planning the content calendar and implementing the best SEO practices.
- Taking research and translating it into consumable copy for the end-user (We do a lot of research at Amaha and if you love reading as much as you love writing, then you will enjoy this).
- Collaborating with the Design lead and working along with the copy writer to ensure that brand tonality & personality is truly represented in all content that goes out.
- Ensuring content guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content are followed. (Our brand voice is how we connect with users. Every word we write needs to resonate with it.)
- Developing editorial strategy, so content is consistent across all delivery platforms.
- Conducting periodic content audits and regular proofreading of all content that goes out. ( We Do Not Like Typos.)
- Tracking and calculating content ROI
- Ensuring that content strategy meets business objectives
- Strategizing and improving content delivery and promotion
- Analyzing content marketing strategy to evaluate whether it's working or not.
You should apply if you :
- Have 2-5 years of work experience as a content creator & strategist for D2C brand.
- Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, or a related field.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- SEO knowledge for best practices for content marketing.
- Excellent copywriting skills : to be able to plan, direct, design, and edit content that get results.
- Content presentation skills : you should be able to determine how content should be packaged for potential users to induce them to take business actions.
- Content Platform knowledge : you should be able to determine the best distribution channel to deliver content to your audience.
- Content monetization skills : as a content strategist, you must be able to plan how your content can get customers to buy your product or service and thereby earn revenue.
- Editorial competency : you will conduct thorough audits to determine what content should be kept, edited, rewritten, and more.
- Good analytical abilities to spot patterns and trends in content marketing data.
- Having a keen interest in organizational goals and targets
