Amadeus - Senior Manager - Sales (7-15 yrs)
Individual will be responsible for overall efficient branch operations and region profitability
Lead the Business development team and acquire new clients while retaining and maximising revenue from existing clients.
Implementation of sales strategies, realisation of the sale strategies- objectives and improvement of market share in the region.
Market analysis to identify market situations / new market opportunities and thereby improving Amadeus market share in Nepal
Identify market requirements for Nepal (Products / Hardware / Airline participation / Promotional) and coordinating with the Amadeus head office to oversee the execution and completion
Liaison with the internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of service to the B2B clients at Nepal.
Coordinate sales activities with other departments in terms of any new promotional activities, news and business.
Motivate and mentor BD team and direct them to maximise revenue opportunities.
Maintain high level of integrity, business ethics and sound judgement while performing the management activities.
Candidate Requirement;
Graduate / Post graduate preferably Travel & Tourism with thorough knowledge of travel related products
Minimum 7-9 years of working experience in travel trade. Handled branch and regional operational activities
Established track record in effective leadership talents which includes people development.
Experience of the Nepal travel market (airlines, agency, tourism etc.) is preferable
Working knowledge of Amadeus system or any other CRS system
Good command on Nepali language (Preferred)
