AM/Manager - Business Development - International BPO (8-10 yrs)
Our Client is a US International Collections BPO, a leading provider of outsourced business solutions with over 20 years of experience in transforming companies and enhancing productivity.
Seeking a proactive and self-motivated Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and enhance their market presence.
Location: Noida
CTC: 10 - 12 Lakhs
Reports to: Center Head
Shift: US Night Shift
Conveyance: Should commute on your own
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis. Build a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Industry Engagement: Represent AstraGlobal at industry conferences, particularly in collections and lending, to promote our services and develop valuable connections.
- Digital Marketing: Handle the social media presence of AstraGlobal.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, new opportunities, and areas for expansion.
- Contract Negotiation: Engage with potential clients to negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and secure long-term partnerships.
- Reporting: Track and report on business development progress, sales activities, and market insights to Senior Management.
Experience:
- Should have prior experience in the Collections Call Centre / BPO.
- Total 8 - 10 years of experience, with at least 3 years of experience in International Business Development in a BPO.
