Job Title : Business Development Executive - US Sales (Fresh Graduates)

Job Overview : We are looking for energetic, driven recent graduates (2023 or 2024) to join our US Sales team as Sales Associates. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a desire to grow and excel in the field. You will work closely with our seasoned sales team to learn the ropes, assist with customer outreach, and contribute to sales strategies that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and understand customer needs within the US market.

- Assist in managing client accounts and follow up on sales leads.

- Support the team in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

- Prepare and deliver product presentations to clients with clarity and confidence.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.

- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Requirements :

- Educational Qualification : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales or Marketing (graduated in 2023 or 2024 only).

- Academic Performance: Achieved at least 70%or above in either 10th or 12th grade.

Skills :

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with international clients.

- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.

- Familiarity with CRM software (preferred but not mandatory).

- Eager to learn, adaptable, and willing to work flexible hours to align

with US business timings.

Shift Timings:

- 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (Fixed Shift)

- Monday to Friday Working

- Fixed Saturday Sunday Off

- Work from Office
