AM/DM - Service Manager - Equity (4-6 yrs)
- Monitor the order Execution by dealers
- Ensure the efficiency of the dealers and target achievement
- Handle client queries & escalations
- Ensure cross selling of WMS products through dealers and achieving the targets
- Monitor client exposure limits.
- Ensuring new client acquisition through dealers
- Monitoring the revenue / brokerage generated by team
- Training dealers on new products and services
- Motivating and supporting team members to achieve targets
- Order execution through trading terminals ( ODIN )
- Good Communication & Team leading Skills
