AM/DM - Seller Onboarding - Building Material (3-10 yrs)
Seller Onboarding-AM/DM
- Will be responsible for establishing a supplier network for building materials to drive geographical expansion and improve penetration
- (S)he will need to understand business expansion/growth plans, and draw seller onboarding plans at a product category, brand, and geography level
- (S)he will need to scout the targeted territory, captures details of all the potential sellers and shortlist the sellers to be onboarded
- Engage with shortlisted sellers, pitch JSW One story, share business & seller engagement models and process details and convince them to come on onboard
- Setting the right expectations for sellers and aligning them with Category and Operations team to start the business
- Handhold category managers for the initial few transactions with sellers after onboarding
- Capturing seller feedback/insights during pitch and onboarding to sharpen our value proposition for sellers and improve our seller engagement model
- Periodic analysis of onboarded seller performance to draw insights and accordingly improvise our seller selection criterions
Candidate Profile :
- The candidate should be a graduate/postgraduate (preferably MBA) with more than 10 years of experience (for associates of more than 5yrs) in market/customer facing role in building material industry
- 1-2 year of experience in Category Management/Seller onboarding will be an additional advantage
- Should be comfortable working with data, excel, ppt
- Ability to manage and negotiate with senior stakeholders both internally and externally
