AM/DM - Sales - Surgical Unit (8-12 yrs)
We are looking out for Job Description of AM/DM-SU -Gurgaon for a leading medical device company. Please find below the job description for the position:
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver Annual Sales Target (Pan India)
- Evaluate changes in the market place & enhance the quality and profitability of the sales plan.
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of the marketplace and the competition within the marketplace
- Deliver a minimum annual Sales Target for Surgical products (Surgical Light, Surgical Tables & Pendants) from India
- Present / demonstrate / support demos of the product in front of customers.
- Set up sales / channel network with sufficient coverage over the region
- Support and work together with the Regional Sales Team for projects
- At least 8-10years of experience with at least 3-5 years of handling surgical products (Surgical Light, Surgical Tables & Pendants)
Good written and spoken English
Familiar with computer and office software
Great leadership, communication skills;
Good information collecting and analyzing ability;
Self-motivated;
Comfortable with frequent traveling;
Adaptable to cross- culture environment.
