AM/DM - Projects Sales - Lighting Solutions (7-15 yrs)
POSITION PURPOSE:
- Be the Company Brand Ambassador for the Hospitality Sector in the assigned territory.
- To educate the hotel chains/ hospitality key decision makers/ hotel owners & promoters about the USPs & advantages of Complete Lighting Solutions of company.
- To reach out to selected potential, high end Architects in the assigned territory and attain their endorsement for company.
- To create, penetrate and develop market for company's products in the Hospitality sector.
- To make the Hospitality key decision makers aware of company's Complete Lighting Solutions and its benefits to them.
- To address and resolve the issues of Hospitality.
JOB PROFILE:
- To educate the Hospitality key decision makers/ promoters/ owners on the brand, present company position, vision & scale with emphasis on company's association with famous hotel-chains.
- To educate the Hospitality key decision makers on CLS- its USPs, purpose, advantages and benefits to them.
- To mention Complete Lighting Solutions to the Hospitality key decision maker
- To provide complete product information to the Hospitality key decision makers on each vertical, competition bench-marking, customer care services we offer, etc.
- To get company's lighting products specified in BOQs / Mock-ups in the initial stages of the Hospitality projects and subsequently secure the orders.
- To convert existing Hotel Chains to CLS.
- To develop one-to-one relations with Chief Engineers, Executive House-keepers & Project Team of each hotel unit.
- To train the housekeeping & maintenance team of Hotels for premium maintenance of company products.
- To resolve Hotels issues in coordination with Customer Care.
- To ensure no payment collection is outstanding from the hotels end beyond 45 days of billing.
- To introduce and promote new products brought out by company to the Hospitality key decision makers.
- To keep Hospitality key decision makers updated with all new product developments, important modification, significant company achievements so as to boost their confidence in company brand and our products.
- To address any specific queries, services & provide assistance to the Hospitality key decision makers w.r.t. company's products and services.
- Post escalation of issues to the concerned persons/ departments, to revert back to the Hospitality key decision makers once issue gets settled.
- To bring the Hospitality key decision makers to the OC.
- To bring the Hospitality key decision makers/ associates to the Plants to make them understand company's technical strengths and extremely high standards.
- To build relationship with the Hospitality key decision makers and handover gifts to them on specific occasions.
- To do at least 150 productive meetings per month with external customers.
- To ensure revenue generation targets for CLS, product vertical-wise.
