AM/DM - Performance Marketing (5-6 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
- Developing and managing campaigns on Search Engines & Social Media Channels.
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Optimize marketing budgets to maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale campaigns.
- Creating highly engaging ad copies and testing them for efficiency.
- Optimizing channels and campaigns for cost and performance, while managing both the cost of traffic and cost of acquisition.
- Identifying and testing new channels to meet, & exceed established critical metrics
Requirements :
- 5-6 years of prior experience in a similar role.
- Experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, PPC, social media and other digital channels.
- Expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.
- Excellent analytical skills to leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
- Experience in ecommerce is a plus
- Working understanding of pixels, analytics & attribution models
