AM - Business Development - Sales & Operations - Logistics Firm (3-7 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
Reach out to target number of clients in the assigned sectors on a daily basis
Detail out the organization's offerings to the clients and understand their requirements
Work closely with the POCs, Sourcing team and Institutional team to convert leads into business
Take ownership and execute all client operations to ensure client satisfaction - Maintain a long lasting relationship with the client
Maintain target levels of reliability by working with POCs & sourcing team
Maintain understanding of the dynamics in client's business to sense threats & opportunities early
Identify new requirements to be converted into products depending on client feedback
Over a period of time, develop contacts in the industry to be able to generate leads independently
Handling Operations

Excellent english & local language proficiency
Positive and professional demeanor - Go getter attitude essential
Sales Skills:
Strong persuasive skills using information at hand and logical arguments
Strong negotiating skills
Ability to seal the deal Strong network in logistics/related industry preferred
Inquisitiveness to understand the problem/assignment and obtain necessary learning before setting on to work
Highly performance driven and smart
Zero tolerance for issues - Must be a perfectionist
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development or related role
