Altudo - Sales Development Role (1-6 yrs)
This role focusses on inside sales that will include hunting for new prospects. Key channels to be used will include calls, email, and social media. The key performance indicator (KPI) for this role is to fix calls/meetings between new prospects and the field sales person. The target geography shall be US West coast.
Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record work in a fast-paced digital agency with a rapidly expanding customer base. We are looking for an inside sales professional who is excited about building his career selling digital, is intellectually curious, and is keen to drive quick conversions. This is a outcome driven role and hence this role has to comply with tracking process through the CRM system (Zoho).
Responsibilities
- Responsible for new business generation; developing and executing sales strategies in the digital domain possible for new business development and logos.
- Meeting planned leads target
- Develop strong relationships with client service professionals (CMO/CDO/CIO) and others to understand specific opportunities, leads, and engagements; and drive account growth
- Cold calling and networking.
- Work with marketing team on lead nurturing and generation plans.
- Identify specific prospects/partners to approach, communicate the specific value proposition for their business and establish long-term, successful partnerships.
- Develop independent market and competitive research.
- 100% - Hunting
- Meetings/calls scheduled with new prospects and the field sales team
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience of outbound sales in US market
- B2B sales experience preferred
- Education through English medium
Must Have
- Comfortable to work in the PST time zone (i.e. 8:30pm IST till 5:30am IST)
- Flair towards building career in sales/inside sales
- Experience of selling in US market
- B2B sales experience
- Preferred
- Able to talk in American accent
