Job brief :
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who will support the sales team, coordinate sales-related activities and provide administrative assistance. Also to collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of sales and Marketing activities.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or Agreements).
- Perform general office duties to support Sales and Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, copying).
- The Sales Coordinator must liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client's needs, cost and time restraints.
- Must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients and also other Departments and communicate with them to respond to questions and requests.
- The Sales Coordinator may also be required to produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
Requirements :
- A Sales Coordinator must be organised and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork.
- Due to the volume of communication that will be required with the client, the Sales Coordinator must possess excellent customer service skills.
- Good in Softwares and Excelsheets.
