Prerequisites :

Job Role :
- The person would be handling the brand building & Marketing division of the company and will be responsible to generate the demand through digital and non digital means and grow the business.
- Optimise existing channels and create new demand generation channels.
- Hire the best team, define KRAs, distribute responsibilities and be responsible for their performances.
- Identify business targets and marketing needs. Create marketing plans and projections.
- Analyse performance and take necessary measures to improve channel performance.
- Find growth hacks to exponentially grow the business.
- Manage campaigns, content and increase social media presence.
