Alphatec - Manager - Sales (2-5 yrs)

- The primary purpose of this role is to achieve the assigned sales targets of the Enterprise Project division.

- Design and manage end to end PA solutions, IP Audio, Masking solutions. Focus on sales of the allotted portfolio of brands

- Work closely with Architects, Consultants, PMC for brand approvals

- Closely work with integrators and support them for project closures.

- Regular reporting on forecasting, results and research.

- Regular certification on industry specific tools and technologies.

- Coordinate seamlessly between the presales, application teams, SIs and distributors.

- Carry out training programs for SI, Strategic partners on an ongoing basis as per need assessment

- Willingness to learn new technologies and product mapping with competition.

Requirements :

- Education qualification: Bachelor's degree in B. Tec/ MBA/PGDM in business, marketing or any related filed.

- Qualification: Minimum 5+ years of work experience in sales, preferred in Audio video AV/enterprise sales/ telecom/ electronics & communication industry. Hands on experience in install sales, lead conversation, and training & development.
