Alpha Chemicals - Sales Coordinator (0-8 yrs)

2. To monitor reply for every enquiry is given or not.
3. To follow up on given quotation to improve quotation to order conversion ratio.
4. To monitor all samples requirement coming through mail are fulfilled or not.
5. To get feedback on the samples we have sent to the customers.
6. To reply all the enquiries coming through Indiamart and Tradeindia.
7. Buy new leads from Indiamart.
8. To make weekly sales analysis report.
9. To make weekly analysis report of quotation register.
10. To analyse key accounts.
11. Searching new customers online.
12. Any other work deemed fit by your superior.
13. To do DSI/Kaizen to improve your work in line with organizational goal.
