Alore - Manager - Inside Sales (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for a talented and experienced Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a fast-paced unrestricted startup environment. This is an opportunity to join early in the company's journey, to shape the organisation, help build the team, and make a significant impact on the company's future trajectory.
As a Sales Representative at Alore you are the first point of contact with a customer, and therefore you play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable talking to people all day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing deals.

What you'll be doing :
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold email campaigns
- Research potential accounts, identify key people/ decision-makers, engage them and attract interest in Alore
- Understand your customers' needs and have empathy with their problems
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
- Close sales deals and achieve your monthly targets
- Work with other teams to improve the product and business processes
What you need to succeed in this role :
- Proven sales experience at a startup with at least 2+ years in a B2B SaaS business
- Track record of knocking targets out the park
- Friendly and engaging online video presence and experience doing online demos
- Proficient in corporate productivity and web presentation tools (such as Zoom)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Exceptional listening and presentation skills
- Strong organisation and self-management ability
- Curious and problem-solving mindset
