Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager for PAN India. The Sales Manager is responsible for managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. The role requires ensuring customer satisfaction through timely delivery, resolving customer concerns, and identifying opportunities for new sales. The Senior Sales Manager will also manage and mentor a team of sales representatives.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sales management, with at least 7 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience in the FMCG industries,
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analyzing sales trends across the industry to develop effective strategies and optimize the current ones
- Experience in managing a team of sales representatives
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Master's degree in business administration or related field,
- Hiring and training sales teams in different regions to keep up with sales goals
- Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing, to collect and nurture leads
