Prime Responsibilities :

- Warm Outreach : Aggressive monthly outreach to your assigned accounts via calls, LinkedIn, and emails, and maintaining long-term relationships with your existing accounts.

- Generating new accounts : In addition to managing current accounts, conduct outreach to potential accounts via LinkedIn, emails, and calls to expand your portfolio. Follow up aggressively to grow the accounts under your ownership.

- Intra-organizational coordination : Regular interaction and coordination between our hiring partners, students, and the learning team.

- Analyze student performance : Evaluate student performance across different program elements and propose interventions to improve lagging metrics. Identify and resolve program-related issues, and formulate advanced strategies for better candidate performance.

- Event and meeting organization : Organize and arrange events, meetings, appointments, and conferences with hiring partners and students.

- Document preparation : Prepare documents and sheets as needed. Prepare proposals and briefing documents for internal and external meetings.

- Administrative support : Provide effective administrative support.

Requirements :

- 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, HR Consultancy, Operations or relevant fields

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.

- The ability to multitask and meet deadlines is essential.

- Excellent networking skills.

- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive work approach.

- Familiarity with LSQ would be a plus.

- Resourceful with outstanding research capabilities.

- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and other hiring platforms.

- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

- High customer centricity to understand student expectations, support them in achieving their goals, and ensure the team meets its targets.

- Ability to structure, design, and execute processes effectively.
