AlmaBetter - Associate - Business Development (1-5 yrs)
Prime Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling warm leads, networking and social media
- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by AlmaBetter.
- Reach out to aspirants who have shown interest in becoming a part of our ecosystem and leverage appropriate offerings to make successful conversions.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Requirements :
- Must have worked with EdTech Industry (Upskilling platform/Upgrade platform)
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (Preferred)
- Proficiency in English
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding customer behavior.
- Great networking skills.
