AlmaBetter - Associate - Business Development (1-2 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities of a Business Development Associate (BDA) at AlmaBetter :
- Good Communication skills
- Ensuring alignment with AlmaBetter's growth objectives
- Conduct cold calls to potential prospects who have shown interest in similar educational programs
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including lead management, client interactions, and sales outcomes.
- Identify and source potential clients through various channels (social media, emails, networking, etc.).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Regularly follow up with leads and clients to nurture relationships and close deals.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Min. Bachelor's degree is a must.
- Proven experience in business development from the Ed-Tech domain .
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take ownership of work and be part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft tools.
- Knowledge of the ed-tech industry is a plus.
- 1 to 2 Years of Experience in EdTech Industry (Mandatory).
- Work From Office (Mandatory).
