AlmaBetter - Associate - Business Development (0-2 yrs)
Prime Responsibilities :
1. Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by AlmaBetter.
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling warm leads, networking and social media
3. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

4. Reach out to aspirants who have shown interest in becoming a part of our ecosystem and leverage appropriate offerings to make successful conversions.
5. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
6. Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
7. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
8. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
10. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Requirements :
1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (Preferred)
2. Proficiency in English
3. Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
4. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
5. Fast learner and passion for sales
6. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
7. Excellent written and verbal communication.
8. Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding customer behavior.
