Allround - Academic Counselor - Sales (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Establish relationships with prospects via outbound tele -calling/video calling
- Coordinate with the prospects to ensure attendance in Introductory class
- Help the prospect in onboarding post trial for various courses offered by Allround
- Assist in the development of a strong pipeline of new customers through inbound & outbound customer calls.
- Regular follow-ups with new and existing prospects
- Ongoing monitoring and analysis of pipeline to review performance and optimize accordingly to make sure objectives are met.
- Manage CRM Hygiene
Requirements :
- 2+ years of experience selling in international Geography, experience in a B2C ed-tech environment is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic go-getter and willing to meet targets.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English is a must
