Allo Health has raised $4.4M in the seed funding round led by - Nexus Venture Partners.- The funding saw an additional participation from Binny Bansa, and a host of angel investors, including Pranav Pai, Kalyan Krishnamurthy, Sujeet Kumar, Ankit Bhati, Deepinder Goyal, Rohit MA, Gaurav Munjal, Nitin Gupta, Kunal Shah, Sandeep Singhal, and Tarana Lalwani.

About the Role:

As a member of sales team, you are required to talk to the customer, understand their needs and give the best possible offering from Allo Health which will help them overcome their issue.

Core Responsibilities:

- Be thorough with the Allo Health's offerings for patients

- Empathising with the patients and understand their needs and requirements

- Be able to clearly demonstrate Allo's offering based on issues faced by the patient.

- Converting sales opportunities by matching customer needs and company's offering

- Able to resolve customer queries

Desired Skills & Experience :

- 1-5 years of sales experience.

- Excellent communication, listening & interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel)

- Prior experience in Inside sales, customer service and relationship building is preferred

- Graduate in any discipline

- Experience in using any CRM software in earlier company to manage leads

Some more useful information :

- This role will require work from office. Our office is located in Indira Nagar, Bangalore

- We have 6 days a week working policy

- Employees would be required to work in shifts

- Our working hours are from 8.00 AM (morning) - 2.00 A.M (night)

- CTC range - 2.5 Lakhs - 3.5 Lakhs basis experience and interview. Our CTC includes PF component as well.

- Medical insurance up-to INR 5 Lakhs is also covered
