Profile of the position:
- The business development manager must have considerable sales experience, (Enterprise solutions/ Networking solutions/Infrastructure managed services) be an organized and strong negotiator, and be aware of and responsive to economic trends, government policies and current market trends.
Duties & Responsibilities :
1. General Objectives:
- Should be accountable to works in expanding ADSL's product reach and profit revenues
- Investigate the economic conditions surrounding business activity such as industry trends and competition.
- Conduct extensive market research prior the deal and continue gathering information throughout the life of the business.
- Secure sufficient information for penetration in the account .
- Adopt a team approach; work with others in pursuing common goals.
- Understand the skills and qualities you bring to your business.
- Develop a situation analysis of your company including its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to assist in the development of a strategic plan for the future of the business.
2. Execution :
- Managing large accounts and complex deals across verticals.
- Develop long-term relations with customers and vendors.
- Solutions architecting and make presentation to clients.
- Engage in creating sales road-map with the senior management.
- Develop practice-driven sales strategy.
- Manage, coordinate, liaise with cross functional team members for large deals and make joint calls, if required, for critical customer meetings.
- Identify new business opportunities in existing accounts.
- Envisage new business opportunities and initiatives.
- Aligning new offerings to enterprise customer requirements.
- Constantly review the client-facing processes and offer suggestions.

Desired Qualification :
A graduate, preferably in engineering and a post-graduate qualification in management.
Desired Experience :
Should have at least 10 years of experience in IT sales domain
