Responsibilities :
- Drive market analysis, strategy, plan execution to Market for key services focus Regions
- Drive multi layered events and campaigns from concept through execution with excellent ROI and Delivery of Value
- Build and execute sales and marketing strategies to engage partners and drive opportunities for the closure of alliance targets.
- Drive qualified Lead Generation through OEMs, and passing leads to Sales for closure
- Identify opportunities through SI Partners and bring them into the sales pipeline
- Manage and expand existing partner relationships as well as seeking out new ones. Researching & identifying potential partnership opportunities.
- Maintain Nucleus partnerships and keep account of partnership levels and strive for marketing opportunities via OEM and SI
- Formulate and execute end to end digital marketing Strategy
- Manage coordination between partner technical resources and Nucleus internal teams
- Must ensure partner's account of the vision, strategies, and capabilities of the alliance;
- Maintain updates of the partners (OEM or SI) of the latest developments. Maintain good understanding of partnership levels and how to grow further in them.
Main Interaction Points :
Pre sales, Regional BU head/s, Regional Sales Team, Techno Functional Teams, Legal and Finance Teams, Customers/Prospects
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering /MCA + MBA
Experience :
- An MBA in marketing/sales or equivalent educational qualification
- Total Experience of 15 years [5+ years of relevant work experience in a reputable Services Organization]
Key Attributes / Knowledge / Skills :
- This role closely requires understanding of corporate sales as well as marketing to develop strong, lucrative, and positive relationships with partners (OEM & SI)
- Strong strategic thinking with excellent analytical, interpersonal, operational and team skills
- Well aware of digital marketing landscape and driving principles
- Minimum 10 years work experience in IT Services Alliances
- Should have a good understanding/appreciation of Software services business
- Candidates with Experience to SEA and Middle East Markets. Exposure to Japan will be a PLUS
- Capable of actively participating in ideation, problem solving and decision making
- Working with cross functional teams to achieve high standards of performance
