Our success has driven us to expand globally, and we are excited about growing our team in Bangalore in 2019! As part of this growth, we are establishing the Creative Agency within our organization. Alliance Data partners with over 145 brands to deliver best-in-class credit loyalty programs. The Bangalore Creative Agency produces primarily print and some digital collateral. As the Senior Account Executive, your role is to manage the intake of projects, managing timing and delivery. It is the expectation that you act as a project manager of communication materials from initial ideation through execution and final delivery, linking business intent to creative output. This may include providing actionable and directional feedback to the team while critically thinking and identifying potential issues and roadblocks. The Senior Account Executive will also support the creation of creative briefs, input of project details, billing, and invoicing. Your ability to demonstrate success in handling a high volume of complex projects with multiple components is critical to this role.
Education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities that are minimal in this role are as follows :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field with strong examples of professional accomplishment.
- Five or more years of professional work experience in a marketing or communications-related field or equivalent field to include Account and Project Management of creative work
- Experience working in the financial sector a plus
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to function in deadline intensive environment, managing multiple responsibilities while effectively focusing on priority issues.
- Attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to connect the dots across multiple campaigns and assets linking business intent to creative output.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills in order to gain trust, achieve business objectives and work directly with a broad group of team members.
- Outstanding project management skills and ability to multi-task, meeting expectations of on-time, on-budget, and error-free delivery
