Job Description :
Leading and Managing a Team : The team leader will be responsible for managing and leading a team of inside sales representatives. This includes setting targets, monitoring performance, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring that the team is achieving its objectives.
Sales Strategy and Planning : The team leader will work closely with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies and plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. This includes identifying new markets, creating sales campaigns, and developing sales processes.
Training and Development : The team leader will be responsible for training and developing inside sales representatives to improve their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service. This includes conducting regular training sessions, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting : The team leader will be responsible for tracking and reporting on sales activity and performance. This includes creating forecasts, tracking progress against targets, and producing regular reports for senior management.
Customer Relationship Management : The team leader will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This includes identifying customer needs, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring that customer issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
Continuous Improvement : The team leader will be responsible for identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within the sales function. This includes analyzing sales data, identifying trends and patterns, and making recommendations for process improvements and efficiency gains.

Requirement :
- 5+Years experience out of which 3+ in B2C Team handling role
- Edtech Inside sales experience ( Mandatory )
