Job Summary :
We seek a dedicated and empathetic Student Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our students through various channels, including calls, ticketing systems, and messaging platforms. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of student queries and concerns.
Responsibilities :
- Provide prompt and effective student support via phone calls, ticketing systems, and messaging platforms.
- Handle student inquiries regarding Online classes, technical issues, and other concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Utilize a rotation-based shift roster to ensure coverage during operational hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and issue resolutions in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including instructors and IT, to address complex student queries and escalate issues as necessary.
- Proactively identify trends in student inquiries and recommend solutions to improve overall student satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree from any recognized university
- Previous experience in customer support or student services role preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on empathy and active listening.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
