- A business development associate helps companies to boost growth and sales. You will be responsible for conducting market research, developing business strategies, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Doing Business Development Activities for the organization.

- Inbound and Outbound calls to students and parents.

- Educating parents about their child's future prospects i.e., taking counseling sessions.

- Assist students in selecting their career streams.

- Conduct feedback and discussion sessions with parents and students.

- Assist us in the overall working of the institution by taking on administrative responsibilities as and when required.

- Generating referrals from students and parents.


- Developing and implementing several initiatives to obtain data from new students.

- Converting leads into prospective enrollments.

- Maintain a positive and trusting working environment with the management, administration, and teaching staff.

- Participate, as necessary, in presentations, workshops, and seminars to promote Allen courses among students and parents.

- Undertake and discharge any other work/responsibility as may be assigned to you from time to time by the management.

Eligibility :

- 2+ years of experience in the same or aligned industry.

- Graduation + MBA would be preferred.

- Experience in sales and sourcing partnerships and negotiating.

- Strong communication and selling skills.

- Trustworthy, independent, and team-oriented.

- Exceptional counseling and student handling.

- Excellent oral and written communication.

- In-depth understanding of the Education Industry.

- Proven track record in conversions and team management.

Employment type: Full-time role and Permanent.

Location :


1. Kota (Rajasthan) & Frequent Travel to Saudi Arabia (KSA).
