All Wave AV (www.allwaveav.com) is a premier AV Integrator HQ'ed in Mumbai and executing projects pan India. We are members of the PSNI Global Alliance (psni.org) for delivering projects and services for Global Enterprises. With over, 300+ installations panIndia across 22+ years, our Team of 90+ delivers professionalism and precision across all our installs. We are full stack SI's (Design Supply+ Install+ Maintain). We are looking for a Business Development Manager (Chennai) across various functions as we scale our growth. Compensation will be as per experience (proportion of the compensation would be pay + Variable pay as well.
- Will be reporting to the Head of the Business Development.
- The ideal candidate should be very hardworking, high integrity sales person with proven track record of hitting numbers (min 2cr annually sales target).
- Should be very well proficient at technology, consultancy and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Should be good in grasping technology (part of the interview process will be where you have to learn the solution that we offer and sell them back to us)
- Should be well spoken
- Good personality
- Speaking good English selling into IT, Head of Admin
- This is a target driven job
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience Selling, Audio-Visual, IT, security, B2B, Hardware and Software solution
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with a team and leading it
- Cool under pressure
- Highly organized
