All Wave Av - Manager - Business Development (3-8 yrs)
- Lead-generation through prospecting via social/ phone/ email (through a highly vetted property database)
- Ability to explain the company history and background well. Explain the OEM partnerships and methods of work (non technical explanations)
- Outcome is qualified lead-generation and measured weekly
- Follow up on leads well with our senior management to closure
- Be on Zoom/Teams calls with prospective clients and also for pre-bid meetings, including with overseas partners
- Reports to the Director of Business
- Very little travel for meetings
- The outcomes will be to generate qualified leads for Enterprise deals (new projects/ refresh projects/Service Contracts)
BACKGROUND/CHARACTERISTICS :
- Should be from a technical background (Electronics/ IT preferred). Background in pre-sales, analysis and good exposure talking to VP/C-Level enterprise clients.
- hardworking, loyal and ambitious
- Self Starter
- Great on Social Media, and talking to clients as needed
- Should be a good and proven "sales hacker"
- Excellent in written and spoken English
- Flawless communication and presentation
- Quick at grasping AV and Technology Fundamentals (adequate training on field and in theory i.e. Online Tutorials will be given first 2 weeks)
- Good at finding information about companies, products on the internet
- Very organised in terms of emails, clarity of thought, well versed with Zoom, Teams, Skype etc
- Preferred from a good convent background (a lot of calls with be with senior people)
- Pref female candidate
-Role is based in Lower Parel, Mumbai (WFH till possible)
- Qualification - BE/B.tech
