- All Time Design is a pioneering subscription-based design firm offering unlimited designs for a consistent monthly fee. We are in search of a talented and motivated Cold Calling Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on reaching potential leads in the U.S. market.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients in the U.S., generating interest in All Time Design's services.
- Identify and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and follow up with potential clients.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage and track leads.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain All Time Design's reputation and values.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience inB2B International Outbound cold calling, telesales, or a similar role, preferably in the U.S. market.
- Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and VoIP tools.
- Willingness to work night shifts to align with U.S. business hours.
