Key Responsibilities :

- Engage with customers to understand their needs, feedback, and concerns.

- Collaborate with the customer support and product teams to relay customer feedback and insights

- Analyse customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify areas of improvement.

- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction

- Conduct research and analysis to understand market trends and customer preferences.

- Provide support to senior management in executing customer-centric initiatives.

- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

- Learn and apply effective communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

- Participate in customer engagement and outreach programs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.

- Willingness to work US hours.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across different departments.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly.

- Flexibility to work in different departments and locations.

- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering quality work.
