Alivemeter - Tele Sales Executive (1-3 yrs)
Telesales Executive will make Outbound Calls to our existing & potential customers seeking to purchase our health services. Responsibility to make a healthy & clean relationship which leads to delight the customer with our services and subscribe to our premium services.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Make outgoing calls to our database, schedule a tele appointment and make them download our app
- Work directly with customer via telephone and email for healthy sales.
- Daily Sales Target to be achieved.
- Educate customer on our services to increase the daily spend registration and further premium subscription.
- Follow up with customer for any customer service related issues.
- Maintain accurate daily report and record of sales in sales tracker.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- To follow the set process and also keen to suggest changes for goal achievement.
- Should take initiatives for team and make healthy team atmosphere.
- Assisting Team & Team Leader for preparing reports and to achieve targets.
Essential Experience, Skills and Abilities:
- Should have excellent Hindi and English communication.
- Past experience of achieving sales target and superior closing skills.
- One or more years experience of Sales Executives in a high volume fast, paced environment (preferred fitness industry)
- Fresher can also apply.
- Should be active, enthusiastic skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Should be computer savvy.
- Strong customer service and telesales skills.
- Problem solving and decision making skills.
