Research Report : We conduct multi dimensional study on wide spectrum of projects and present the unbiased reports.

Property Management : We maintain and do micro management of properties including finding tenants, utility bill payments and other day to day activities as & when required.

Portfolio Management : This is focused activity with an aim to maximizing the net worth of our clients through an asset strategy and action plan formulated by our team of experts.

Job Description : Business Development Manager

- Responsible for sales of residential and commercial.

- Handling calls/client queries & site visits.

- Generating leads/enquirers through web portals, reference and other means.

- Maintaining the rapport with the existing & prospective customers.

- Conduct various sales promotional activities from time to time, as directed by company

- The responsibilities include pre sales and post sales call,providing service from booking date till registration date

- Payment and collections.

- Research, training and sales closing support will be provided by company.

- Very good communication skill, street smart and wiling to learn new things is must.

- Should have his own vehicle

Education : MBA (Any Stream ) Marketing and IB will be pref
