Aliens Group - Sales (10-15 yrs)
- Develop and manage broker network and channel partner network
- Keep check for proper functioning of channel partners
- Develop, manage and mentor front-line sales team
- Should have prior understanding for sale of residential and commercial projects
- Should be capable to initiate sales from pre-launch stage
- Understand and review site sales office requirements on regular basis
- Arrange presentations and meetings for closing bulk deals with corporate clients
- Coordinate with Customer Service/Back Office for documentation
